Our fast-paced world is permanently subject to change and we at DIAMOS AG are also moving with the times. As of May 2018, Alfons W. Henseler and Dietmar Schmid will step down as Supervisory Board members.
"With both gentlemen we are losing valuable personalities", emphasises Wilhelm Velten, Chairman of the Board of Directors/CEO of DIAMOS AG. "We would like to sincerely thank them for the years of loyalty, expertise and their engagement through which they have always supported DIAMOS AG during their term of office, and we wish them all the best for the future."

DIAMOS AG would like to welcome Dr. Detlev Dietz and Alexandre S. Grewlich as new Supervisory Board members from May 2018. Dr. Dietz is a lawyer and an independent management consultant. He began his professional life at Metallgesellschaft. Other career steps included the ICE-Group in Hamburg, as well as Commerzbank, where as a member of the Board responsible for private and corporate clients he led the fusion with Dresdner Bank until 2011. Mr. Grewlich is an Executive Vice-President at Bank Julius Bär and Manager of the Frankfurt branch. He studied Business Management in Frankfurt and London and holds a Masters Degree in Law from the University of St. Gallen. Furthermore, he is a member of various organisations and associations, such as the Atlantik Brücke, the Tönissteiner Circle, as well as the Frankfurt Society for Trade, Industry and Science.
"With Mr. Dietz and Mr. Grewlich, we are gaining two remarkably active entrepreneurs as stimulating and market-orientated members for the Supervisory Board," highlights Wilhelm Velten.
Prof. Dr. Ralf Krüger will continue to hold the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

"As a leader in many promising markets, DIAMOS AG is excellently positioned with this three-member Supervisory Board committee and set to continue the success-story of recent years," says Wilhelm Velten. "We look forward to a constructive cooperation."
