Close to the Customer: Transfer Agency Solution DIAMOS-D with New Release 2.26

Growing regulation and constantly increasing supervisory requirements continue to have a major influence on day-to-day business. The new DIAMOS-D release by DIAMOS AG contains a variety of innovations, as well as extensions of existing functional areas, in order to meet the requirements.

In the new release of DIAMOS-D, the functionalities of fee calculation and fee realization have been considerably extended. This means additional fee algorithms will be available in the future, to support customer processes even more efficiently. Existing fee algorithms, such as the calculation of fixed amounts and the average of the daily holdings, have also been extended.

The process-optimizing needs identified in the close customer relationship have also been taken into account in the release. Among other things, an upload functionality was implemented, that enables documents to be uploaded for storage in an archive, and external reference information to be generated. The documents can then be retrieved from the context of the corresponding object via the external reference information. Furthermore, with the use of BIRT, letters can be called up in the future via the dialog application, and then edited.

"With the new release 2.26, we have also included the legal requirements this time and complied with the extended identification and recording obligations for account-keeping institutes according to the german tax avoidance control act,” emphasizes Thomas Wirth, Head of Product Management at DIAMOS-D.

As a result, the extended requirements of the account retrieval interface in version 3.3 of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) have also been taken into account in the new DIAMOS-D release 2.26.
