The number of different data sources, transaction volumes, holdings, and bank accounts makes it all the more difficult to maintain consistent reconciliation on a daily basis. All of this leads to major bottlenecks and cascading effects. For example, if releases are made too late.

DIAMOS Reconciliation helps to comprehensively master these challenges. Different data formats can be flexibly set up directly in the module and can be used immediately without any programming effort. Depending on the circumstances, the data can then flow into the different matching categories; here, for example, any number of matchings can be configured in parallel. The set of rules understands all the required professionalism without narrowing down to individual asset categories or issues.

Whether for a few dozen funds or 1000 and more funds in a short time window, the extremely high-performance automated matching ensures efficient support for the required specialist processes.

The results of the matching are displayed clearly and concisely. The user can concentrate on the exceptions and can process them using a variety of filter options. It is possible to create a rule directly from a technical constellation that is processed manually. This is then automatically taken into account during the next run. In addition, exceptions that occur in several funds can be processed together. This and many other features provide maximum support so that manual processes can be reduced to the absolute minimum.

This is also supported by the feature of combining the matching categories. For example, the results of the turnover matching can also be taken into account in the stock matching in order to optimally support business constellations such as different posting cuts.
